At OntarioKnife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing of your return.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
